On January 29, in St. Petersburg, the organizer of the event, Leda Garina, was detained at a protest against the decriminalization of beatings. She was taken to the police department, where an administrative protocol was drawn up against her for arbitrariness (Article 19.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, for citizens a fine of 100 to 300 rubles).
