Horizon Community offers a presentation of survival in modern capitalist conditions. This presentation is the result of systematizing various knowledge about how to live among constant everyday contradictions. The so -called fourth technological revolution involves the use of consciousness and brain resources for the effective management of information flow in the world of networks. Today, these resources are exploited and all the time are subjected to disciplining effects from the outside. Search systems lead you along the beaten tracks, GPS records your geolocation, design logic absorbs, and news cycles are kept in constant stretched shock - your cognitive abilities are tied to routine actions and solutions. There are fewer resources to hide to use other mechanisms of mental (self) control.

Horizon Community in a study of alternative decision-making opportunities based on the experience of two Soviet unofficial circles: the Moscow Conceptual School (primarily the group “Collective actions”) and the circle of a methodologist of Georgy Shchedrovitsky. The presentation in accessible schemes presents and compares the practices and methods of these two groups that offer the possibilities of leaving ideological contradictions, determining the space of “extra -consumability”. These practices and methods are based on the collective activity of the micro -communities and help them build a horizon of open capabilities. In the modern network state of society and production, similar practices can help make closed groups strategically oriented.
