The only colony of strict regime in the Magadan region is IK -4 in the village of UPTar . The village administratively enters the line of the regional center, but is physically remote from it by about 40 kilometers. In 2015-2016, IK-4 contained another Ukrainian-Poluzek, a defendant in the case of the Crimean Terrorists, Alexei Chirniy , convicted of a seven-year term. In May 2016, Chirniya was brought to Moscow for an incomprehensible purpose, and from there at the end of September they delivered to a pre-trial detention center in Rostov-on-Don . On August 12, 2014, Litvinov, on the advice of his wife, crossed the border to lie down for treatment in the Tarasovsky Central District Hospital in the Rostov Region: the hospital did not work on the Ukrainian side. On August 21, FSB operatives in masks stole a peasant from the hospital and tortured in the forest. Then he was delivered to the Rostov insulator, where the torture continued. On August 29, the hostage was accused of murders and war crimes. The TFR of the arrest of Litvinovannounced only on October 1, 2014 . Probably, then the peasant was taken to the investigation to Moscow.
Initially, part 2 of Article 105 (murder; sanction up to the death penalty) and part 1 of Article 356 of the Russian Criminal Code (the application of prohibited means and methods of warfare; up to 20 years of the colony) were charged with Litvinov. According to the initial plot of the case, the peasant was a fighter of the battalion of the Ukrainian National Guard Dnipro and in this capacity committed massacres in the Stanicho-Lugansk district, the victims of which were 30 men, 8 women and 1 teenage girl.
Litvinov at first actively collaborated with the investigation, but later declared his innocence and refused to testify. In April 2015, the Lawyer Viktor Parshutkin, an independent hostage from the FSB.
On July 8, 2015, Litvinov was added to Litvinov in part 3 of Article 162 of the Russian Criminal Code (robbery on a large scale; sanction is from 7 to 12 years). Parshutkin explained his appearance by the fact that the charges under Articles 105 and 356 falling apart . On November 25, the case against a peasant under these articles was indeed terminated on rehabilitating grounds .
As a result, Litvinov was accused of being in the Stanichno-Lugansk district, along with two unidentified Ukrainian military, he abducted two used cars from a resident of the Rostov region Andrei Lysenko. The “victim” Lysenko was the only witness to the prosecution at the same time.
At the same time, the accused insisted that Lysenko had never seen at all; He emphasized the same in his last word. Parshutkin, for his part, presented documents indicating that one of the cars was really put on the wanted list in Ukraine, but he belongs to a resident of the Luhansk region, and not a Russian citizen. The second car, according to the Ukrainian traffic police, is located in Lugansk and was never abducted at all.
Despite this, on April 20, 2016, the Judge of the Tarasovsky District Court of the Rostov Region Svetlana Shapovalova issued Litvinov a conviction, the Rostov Regional Court confirmed him on August 9 .
On June 4, 2016, Litvinov demanded from the Russian Prosecutor General of official apologies for illegal criminal prosecution under Articles 105 and 356 of the Criminal Code. In August, it became known that officials apologized in writing to Politzeck.
The convicted person also filed a lawsuit against the Prosecutor General and TFR in the Basmanny District Court of Moscow in the amount of 3.3 million rubles. He noted that he spent almost 11 months in a pre -trial detention center before the case of robbery began to fabricate against him. The Politzek also indicated that he was tortured, the fact of which was confirmed by the examination conducted during the investigation. For unreasonable maintenance in the pre -trial detention center, Litvinov demanded 1 million rubles, for torture - another 2 million. He asked to recover 300 thousand from the Prosecutor General for the lack of apology in connection with unreasonable persecution; As you can conclude, after receiving an apology, this requirement was withdrawn.
The lawsuit was made by Judge Galina Grabovskaya on November 15 . She put a compensation in the amount of 1000 rubles. The lawyer Parshutkin called the decision of Grabovskaya as "a real outrage" and promised to file an appeal.
