Former plenipotentiary representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Sakhalin region Vitaly Guliy, who was detained on suspicion of inciting hatred, was released on bail. It is reported by TASS.
The agency, according to lawyer Dagir Khasavov, representing the interests of Guliy, reports that the case was initiated at the request of Senator Franz Klintsevich. The investigators considered that the signs of inciting hatred are contained in Guliy's book “The Foot of the Russian Olympus. Strokes to the portrait of a modern official”, namely in the chapter “Jews in power”.
