The press service of the Krasnodar Territory also reported that local residents at a meeting with the head of the region reported numerous communal problems. “It is inconceivable that people are complaining to the governor about dug ditches,” Kondratyev said.

The path for the governor was laid in the Apsheron air support sports complex, which was solemnly opened in December 2011, but a month after the checks it was closed and did not resume work again .
