Two young people and a girl were detained by police in the center of Vladivostok, writes Novosti Primorsky Krai . They held posters against traffic jams and for moving the location of bridges in the city. “According to the young people themselves, who came out with posters to the central square, they were just joking,” the publication clarifies.
