In Apsheronsk, the director of a municipal enterprise awarded himself a bonus of 237 thousand rubles

The general director of a state-owned enterprise that cleans the territory of the city of Apsheronsk is accused of fraud using his official position - he wrote out a bonus to himself in the amount of 237 thousand rubles.

The prosecutor's office established that the 35-year-old general director of the municipal enterprise "Apsheronsk" from March to May 2015, using his official position, issued and signed a number of orders "On bonuses for employees of the municipal enterprise "Apsheronsk", in which he illegally included himself.

The total amount of illegally received bonuses amounted to more than 237 thousand rubles.

Based on the materials of the investigation by the prosecutor's office, a criminal case was initiated against the director of the enterprise, who awarded himself a bonus from the municipal budget, under Part 3 of Article 160 of the Criminal Code of Russia (“Appropriation of someone else’s property, committed by a person using his official position”).

Punishment under this article provides for a fine of 100 thousand rubles to 6 years in prison.
