
The Volga District Military Court recognized the Kazan blogger and the leader of the Union of young innovators Ramil Ibragimov guilty of public justification of terrorism. This is reported by Interfax.
The court fined Ibragimov for 50 thousand rubles - less than the minimum punishment for the incriminated part 1 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code (public calls for terrorist activity or public justification of terrorism).
The state prosecution asked the court for Ibragimov a punishment in the form of 3 years in prison with a sentence in a penal colony.
