Protocols were drawn up for two participants in the pickets against the introduction of need criteria

In Chita, on the morning of February 3, two participants in pickets against the introduction of a need criterion for beneficiaries were arrested and filed protocols on administrative offenses. This is reported by the publication "Chita.ru".

Administrative cases were brought against the first secretary of the Chita City Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Roman Berg, as well as an activist of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Roman Anuriev.

“Fingerprints were taken of Roman Berg and Roman Anuriev, a case was initiated on violation of the law on holding public events. It was sent to the court for consideration, ”a participant in the Become a Famous Reporter project told the agency and then confirmed the head of the regional committee of the Communist Party, Yuri Gaiduk.

On February 3, police officers detained five participants in one-man pickets in front of the administration building of the Trans-Baikal Territory in Chita, where at that moment a meeting of the Committee on Social Policy was being held, where the bill on introducing means criteria was once again discussed. The picketers demanded to abandon the adoption in Transbaikalia of the law on the criteria of need for beneficiaries, which, in their opinion, is directed against veterans, large families and professionals living in rural areas. As a result of the adoption of the bill, about three thousand veterans and large families in the Trans-Baikal Territory will lose social benefits.
