One of the organizers of the “For Family Values” rally, Alexandra Voskresenskaya, reported on Facebook on February 2 that the event had not been approved for the second time .

According to Voskresenskaya, an employee of the park administration, who did not want to give his name, told her by phone that the rally would be refused.

“I submitted an application in electronic form and it turns out that, in accordance with the regulations, it must also be submitted in writing. At the same time, the regulations directly state that the application is submitted in written OR electronic form. The interlocutor referred to clause 3.2 of the regulations, which states that the date and time of sending written information is indicated in the information about holding a public event, ”writes Alexandra. According to her, she spoke with the administration on Monday, notified that the application was submitted electronically. There was not a word about the need to submit it in writing either.

“We will be submitting a new application in writing, in whatever form is required, on another date (probably Sunday next week). I will notify you all about the progress of the case, ”the organizer reports.
