Now even the owners of the same promotion can request these documents.
Rosneft’s owners of a package of a package of 25% of the shares of Rosneft offers to give full access to the documents of a public company (as now ), the rest of the shareholders - only to the documents disclosed.

According to Navalny himself, he owns 345 Rosneft shares. At the end of January 2017, this package was estimated at about 137 thousand rubles with the total capitalization of Rosneft on the Moscow Exchange about 4.2 trillion rubles.
After 19.5% of Rosneft shares were privatized in December 2016, the state remained at the disposal of 50% plus 2.5 of the company's shares, the Singaporean QHG Shares became the owner of a privatized package. Another 19.75% of Rosneft shares - at the British BP, for other shareholders - 10.75%.
