SpaceX posted a video of trips to the test tunnel

Ilona Mask SpaceX published a panoramic video shot on the test section of the Hyperloop tunnel. The recording was made during the first stage of the Hyperloop Pod Competition contest, in which prototypes of vacuum trains participated at the end of January.

The camera that shot the trip inside the Hyperloop test tunnel was installed on a special cart used to test prototypes. This explains the relatively low speed of movement.

Hyperloop’s own video, shot inside the test tunnel , was also published by one of the participants in the contest of trains prototypes - a team of Massachusetts Technological University. You can see it here .

The Hyperloop project was presented by Ilon Mask in 2012. It is assumed that high -speed Hyperloop trains will be moved in special pipes with low pressure at a speed of up to 1200 kilometers per hour.

The tunnels for Hyperloop are planned to both lay underground and place on the surface on special overpasses.
