The Kooks were formed in Brighton in 2004. They call themselves a pop group, critics note in their music the influence of a variety of styles-from rock and brit-pop to reggae, SKA, FANCK and hip-hop.
The first studio album of the group, “Inside in/Inside Out” (2006) reached the second line in the British chart and spread out a two millionth circulation, receiving platinum certification in the UK, USA, Australia and Ireland.
