The second trial of Navalny and Officer was a play frivolny, with elements of hard legal porn. The announcement of the sentence was a shameful spectacle. In short, turned into a farce.

Could you turn out differently? The most optimistic of the public hoped that the performance would have been crowned with a happy finale and accused. These hopes did not come true, but the worst fears were not confirmed. For Russian power is conservative in its own way and the booth prefers to all other genres. It was decided to plant conditionally - it means that they would plant it, literally reading the verdict of 2013, rejected by the ECHR and canceled by the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.

However, the play is not played out, and further, it seems, the most interesting will begin. That is, this comedy will develop under the laws of the farce, and the intrigue will create the unpredictability of many further actions. Only a plot is clear, and some shares of the sentenced and their lawyers are already announced - within the framework of the law, in strict accordance with the character of the protagonist.

It is known that within ten days after the sentence an appeal will be filed, and a month later, the Kirov Regional Court, presumably, will transmit the decision of the first instance. After that, the convicts will file a new complaint with the ECHR, and here the process will enter their most mysterious stage. The collective Putin, the unconditional Navalny, as well as the judiciary, in Europe and in Russia, will become participants in the races. In which the right of Alexei Anatolyevich to register as a presidential candidate will be approved and disputed. The score will go for months, weeks, days, hours and seconds.

So, no one knows how much time the ECHR will spend on studying the appeal. Last time, this case took two and a half years, and another nine months in our Supreme Court gave birth to a decision to cancel the sentence to Navalny and Officer. However, now, probably, European arbitrators will act in a reserve. For the fact that the judge Vthurin with higher comrades, as it were, expressed himself, was tasted by the verdict of the ECHR.

Elepeating the furious photocopy intensely, they pretended that no European court in nature in general. And he exists, he is alive and may be offended, having discovered that in the Leninsky district court of the city of Kirov they are wiped with papers intended for guidance to action. Then the repeated decision will be made quite soon, and it is possible that bitter and unflattering words regarding Vtyurin as such and the Russian judicial system as a whole will sound in it.

Now in the courtyard of February 2017, and assuming that in the spring the ECHR will respond to the verdict in the Kirovles case, and nine months later, according to the established tradition, the Presidium of the RF Armed Forces will return the case for a revision, then the race will gain real dynamics. I mean both the presidential race and the judicial. Will Navalny have time to run to the Central Election Commission? Will the newly recognized Kirov judge manage to interview the witnesses at a frantic pace, after hearing the prosecutors and lawyers, to sentenced the twists with lightning speed? Will the regional court have time, gathered in a record time, right on the run to declare his decision to enter into force?

Oh, it will be an amazing sight! Not only is the farce, but also in an accelerated form - for a laughter. As when rewinding videos with the sound turned on, and all, I am not afraid of this word, the actors will speak with squeaky voices. And if the judges in Kirov come into the third time to condemn Navalny and the officer, then no ECHR will help here.

Well, what if they are raised?

Let me remind you, the applicant for Putin must submit documents to the CEC at least 45 days before the first round of elections. Elections in March. So consider, the candidate from an irreconcilable opposition will be able to leak through the gaps in the sentences, to run to Pampilova or will not be able? In part, this will still be like a computer game based on Russian folk tales about the death of Kashchei and Ivan Tsarevich, but we will not get involved in purely literary plots. Political is enough with excess.

At the same time, other stories can be composed, although not so exciting. Among other things, Navalny intends to appeal to the Constitutional Court, wanting to find out how a ban on participating in the election of a conditionally convicted is consistent with the Basic Law. Between us, it is poorly consistent, but in this case, the farce will come out boring. Since Valery Zorkin and not such problems solved, and I must also say thank you that the ECHR verdict in the Kirovles case has not yet been rejected by the Constitutional Court as contradicting our constitution, the covenants of the ancestors and the norms of serfdom.

These games are destined to observe in the near future. In addition, Alexei Anatolyevich promised that he would conduct his campaign as if nothing had happened, as if there were no Kirov district courts in the world, and he would probably hold back the word. So we’ll still see enough - both on the authorities, and Femida, and separately evaluate the work of television people who have been engaged in the case of Navalny for a year.

The only thing we will definitely not see is the normal honest elections held according to the rules that all its participants provide equal chances. And where do they come from, a normal honest election? To imagine a situation in which Vladimir Vladimirovich, as if Obama, peacefully transferred power to Alexei, say, Anatolyevich, is impossible with the richest and even daring fantasy. Nevertheless, we still do not die of mortal longing. Instead of the elections, we will be shown a farce - the spectacle is obscene, shameful, seductive.

By the way, in Ushakov’s dictionary as an example of the correct use of this word, the following phrase is given : in most capitalist states the so -called "Free" elections turned into a miserable farce. It turns out that under capitalism we live, which they seemed to be striving for. In contrast, by the way, from America and European countries, which cannot but rejoice.
