According to him, the organizers of the party submitted notice of the cultural event not a month before its start, as required by mayoral order No. 1054-PM, but only four days in advance.

The Data party was supposed to take place in December, however, as the organizers reported, 12 hours before it started they received a warning from the Kuzminsk interdistrict prosecutor's office. As a result, the event did not take place.
The Outline festival was supposed to take place in Moscow on July 2 and 3. Its cancellation became known several hours before the start. The city authorities cited a violation of fire safety regulations as the reason for the cancellation.
