Activist Idrisov was detained for a picket in support of Ildar Dadin

On February 10, an activist Dinar Idrisov was detained near the building of the Constitutional Court in St. Petersburg, he held in his hands a poster “We need freedom”. It is reported by "Mediazona" with reference to the photographer David Frenkel.

Today, the Constitutional Court announced the decision on the complaint of Ildar Dadin repeated violation of the rules for rally (212.1 of the Criminal Code).

The police explained the detention by the fact that the law prohibits pickets in the immediate vicinity of the courts of courts, Idrisov is accused of disobedience to the legal orders of the police officer (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
