Foreign currency borrowers, detained on shares near bank buildings, began to be released from the Basmanny police station. According to Yevgeny Kuzmin, who was on duty at the entrance to the police department, those who came out said that they had not been presented with anything. According to them, at some point a colonel appeared in the department, who promised to consult with someone, after which they began to let people go. Kuzmin told OVD-Info that the police officers who compiled the reports changed the time of detention in them to a later one. Some detainees were told that they would write down their data and call them later, when it was established what their offense was. Two assistants to the Duma deputy from the Liberal Democratic Party Vasily Vlasov arrived at the police department and demanded an explanation from the colonel, but he, according to Kuzmin, did not answer what the offense of the detainees was.
