The defendants of the case of the Stateizman at the FSB extended the arrest

The court extended the arrest of the employee of the FSB Information Security Center Sergey Mikhailov, his subordinate Dmitry Dokuchaev and an employee of the investigation department of computer incidents of the Kaspersky laboratory of Ruslan Stoyanov. This was stated by the lawyer of one of the arrested Ivan Pavlov.

All three are accused of state treason.

Pavlov did not specify how long the arrest was extended.

Mikhailov, Dokuchaev and Stoyanov were detained at the end of January on suspicion of transmitting some information to foreign intelligence services. After the arrest, Mikhailov gave a confession, but later abandoned them.

The arrest of Mikhailov, Stoyanov and Dokuchaev is associated with the case of the hacker group "Shaltai-Boltai", known for the publication of the correspondence of high-ranking officials.
