General Michael Flynn served as presidential adviser to nation security for less than a month. In the Russian official press, he was called one of the two main locomotives of a change in Russian-American relations. His and Secretary of State Rex Tillerson. The reason is telephone conversations with the Russian ambassador Sergei Kislyak about the possible removal of anti -Russian sanctions. So the American press claims, although Flynn himself denies. Formally, General Flynn is dismissed for violation of official ethics. As he himself explained after his resignation, he failed the authorities, without reporting his negotiations with the Russian ambassador. However, since these negotiations were conducted before Trump's inauguration, and therefore, Flynn was a private person at that time, such negotiations can be interpreted as a violation of the so -called Logan law prohibiting individuals with foreign powers with foreign powers that have disagreements with the United States. This law is long and “sleeping”. He was signed by President John Adams 01/30/1799, after the pacifist Dr. George Logan, as a private person, began to negotiate with France diplomats, including Talleyrand, during the war. Despite the fact that the mission of Dr. Logan was successful, since as a result of his negotiations, captured American sailors were released from French prisons, the congressmen were outraged by the “impudence” of a private person and adopted a law prohibiting such amateur performances.

Formally, General Flynn was not declared a criminal and left himself, voluntarily, but in the USA and in the world it was perceived as a serious defeat of the Trump administration, which was inflicted on him by the media and special services. There is a direct analogy with Watergate, since it was Washington-Past and CNN who reported Flinn’s negotiations with Kislyak and it was the special services that established and proved the fact of these negotiations. The scale of the scandal is immeasurably smaller, and the problems that Trump arose are not yet comparable to those that forced Nixon to leave, but the fact of what happened proves that the arbitrariness of the 45th US president and its political sweepingness will constantly stumble on the framework established by the institutions that work in the USA.

It is the work of democratic and administrative institutions that most outrages Russian politicians who celebrated Trump's victory as the second day of Victory on May 9. Konstantin Kosachev, Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs, in his Facebook grief about Flynn's resignation: "Flinn was opened to dialogue, visited Moscow ... talked with our ambassador in Washington." In relation to Trump, Kosachev is very skeptical, condemns him: "Either Trump did not gain independence with the sought -out and his consistently (and not notactively) drives into a corner, or Russophobia has now struck a new administration from above to bottom."

Deputy Alexei Pushkov, the freshly assigned “Golden Feather of Russia”, reproaches and convicts on Twitter: “The expulsion of Flynn was the first act. Now the target is Trump himself ... paranoia and witch hunt. ”

However, Trump himself demonstrates extreme irresponsibility in relation to those Russian politicians who drank champagne in honor of his victory. The press secretary of the US President Sean Spicer said that Donald Trump is expecting from the Russian authorities the return of Crimea and the de-escalation of violence in eastern Ukraine. This somewhat clarifies Trump's positions about how he is going to "get along with Russia."

So far, events are developing so that, perhaps, Putin and his team will have to regret that the 45th US president did not understand the whole world and such predictable Hillary Clinton.
