Yekaterinburg: A witness was stolen before the court of the appeal of human rights activists

In Yekaterinburg, the unknown persons abducted the witness from the building of the Sverdlovsk Regional Court, who showed explanations in favor of human rights activists when considering their appeal to a decision in the IK-5 of the Mistle Tagil. This was announced on his FB page by an employee of the Interregional Center for Human Rights, a former political prisoner Alexei Sokolov.

Some time ago, the then member of the regional PMC, Larisa Zakharova, in IK-5, the fact of torture of the convict and reported this on the site "Human Rights Envocations of the Urals". The administration of the colony, as well as its deputy chief for safety and operational work, Maxim Nurmagomedov and the head of the Security Service, Andrei Industrialnikov, filed a lawsuit to Zakharova, the Interregional Center for Human Rights and the "human rights activists of the Urals" to the Verkh-Isetsky District Court of Yekaterinburg. On October 20, 2016, Judge Maryam Morozova ordered Zakharov and the Interregional Center to pay FSINBOV to 300 thousand rubles.

In the publication placed on March 23, it was reported that Gorevanova beat industrialists. Both texts also reported the threats of the convicted person by Nurmagomedov.

On Wednesday, in the Sverdlovsk Regional Court, an appeal was consideration to the decision of Judge Morozova. However, when they expected human rights activists at the regional court building, a black "Lada Priora" with tinted glasses drove up to them. Several unknown people jumped out from there. They chained both men into handcuffs, pushed into the car and took them away.

The comrade of the witness was soon released. Meanwhile, the witness himself got in touch only after the end of the trial.

The number of the abductors' car remained unknown .

According to the results of the appeal, the collegium as part of Irina Voloshko, Zlata Fefelova and Elena Khazieva canceled the recovery of money with Zakharova and was valid in relation to the Interregional Center for Human Rights.
