The story of the novel by Uthritev began with the fact that his father Vasily Mikhailovich was justified on charges of slander. However, the lawyer failed to achieve the termination of criminal prosecution at the investigation stage. The case went to court. The process was in the same spirit as the consequence. The judge refused to protect the handwriting examination of the “victims”. The testimonies of witnesses of the defense by the court were not taken into account.

Please note: not for the lack of corpus delicti, but an event itself. This means that these 26 episodes were simply invented, there were no meetings with seven girls at all. They right in court and approximately said: “I don’t know this uncle. A policeman called me from the street and asked me to help catch a maniac. I agreed and wrote what they dictated to me. ”

Of course, all the girls were from not too prosperous families, otherwise their parents would have raised noise, because the children were interrogated without their participation and without the participation of guardianship authorities. But the two girls stubbornly stood on their own, although the novel, according to some of the remaining 14 episodes, was pure alibi. Then he is on a business trip, and a girl in the city. Then he is in the city, and the girl is in the village of grandmother. Then the novel on the day of the crime is an incriminated wedding, and he is all the time in front of many people.

How can one believe in these remaining 14 episodes if someone invented 26 others? We must look for those who stipulated the innocent, and bring them to criminal liability. But no one seems to notice this.

The court ends with a conviction - 19 years in prison. In addition, two “victims” receive 300 and 400 thousand rubles, in the form of compensation for “moral damage”.

Next followed the cassation instance, supervision, but all to no avail. The complaints noted the presence of a conflict between the father of Roman Vasily Mikhailovich and the deputy chairman of the Lipetsk Regional Court. In response to the complaint, the judges replied that this did not concern the investigation with which Uryvev had no conflict. Although investigator Torozov is the son of a judge of the Lipetsk court of Torozov, who is in direct official relations with the deputy chairman of the same court.

The system stood for itself, decisions were based on "trust in the conclusions of the first court."

The same specialist also analyzed the protocols of interrogations of the “victims” and concluded that the minors were pressure.

The conclusions of the psychiatrist and two new witnesses could become newly discovered circumstances to revise the case. Could become, but did not.
