
The defendant of the first (Sevastopol) case of Crimean Muslims Ferat Saifullaev, sentenced to five years of general regime, is located in the pre-trial detention center-1 in Kirov. This was announced on Saturday by the Coordinator of the “Words of Freedom” project by Yana Goncharov with reference to the letter of Politzek, sent from this pre-trial detention center on February 13.
The activist did not exclude that Saifullaev will be sent to one of the Kirov colonies.
Meanwhile, the journalist "7 × 7" Arthur Abashev noted that in the Kirov region there is only one colony of general regime for the first convicted - IK -17 in Omutninsk, known for cruel torture. In 2010-2012, the current coordinator of the National Bolshevik platform Mikhail Pulin was serving part of the first term there.
IK-5 of the general regime in Kirovo-Chepetsk, the suburbs of the regional center, which contains Euromaidan, Alexander Kostenko and a convicted case of recruiting to the "Right Sector" Alexander Razumov, is designed only for former security forces and law enforcement officers.
The sending of Saifullaev to the colony became known on January 23 . Together with him, to the stage from the pre-trial detention center-1 to Rostov-on-Don, two other convicts in the case-Nuri Primov and Rustem Vaitov, who also received five years of time were taken. All four of the defendants in the case - the inhabitants of the villages within the annexed Sevastopol. Saifullaev was detained the last of the accused - April 2, 2015; The next day he was sent to a pre -trial detention center. The remaining three political zones were arrested on January 23, 2015.
The investigation led the UFSB in annexed Crimea and Sevastopol . Zeytullaev was charged with part 1 of Article 205.5 of the Russian Criminal Code (organization of the activities of a terrorist organization), which provides for a period up to the lifelong, the remaining three defendants - part 2 of the same article (participation in the activities of such an organization), the sanction of which at that time was from 5 to 10 years of the colony.
There were 15 volumes in the case. According to his Fabula, Zeytullaev in March 2014 organized in the villages of Orliny, the rear and assault Balaklava district of Sevastopol, as well as in other parts of the city, the Hizb Ut-Tyrir cell for the creation of the Crimean vilayat in Sevastopol as an administrative unit of the world's caliphate. It was claimed, from three of his friends involved in the cell, Zeytullaev demanded the propaganda of the Hizb Ut -Tahrir ideas, to recruit new members, and later organize his own divisions of this structure.
All four Political Zecks, during the investigation, refused to testify. Zeytullaev did not testify also in court.
The verdict to the defendants of the case was issued on September 7, 2016, the collegium of the North Caucasus District Military Court in Rostov, chaired by Vyacheslav Korsakov. The judges retrained the accusation of Zeytullaev from part 1 of Article 205.5 to Part 2, incriminated by other defendants, and gave him seven years of general regime. The remaining three political zones received the minimum terms provided for by the Code under Part 2 of Article 205.5.
The prosecutor demanded for Zeitullaev a 17 -year -old regime, for Saifullaev - 8 years in general, for Primov and Vaitov - 7 years of general regime.

The prosecutor's office appealed the verdict of Zeytullaev to the Supreme Court. The submission of the departmentwas considered on December 27, 2016 simultaneously with the appeal of the defense. The collegium in Igor Krupnov, Alexander Zamashnyuk and Sergey Sokkerin canceled the sentence to the main defendant and confirmed the decisions in relation to the other three.
