Striking metro builders detained in Moscow

In Moscow, at about 11 a.m., a strike of metro construction workers began on Kutuzovsky Prospekt due to delayed payment of wages. The police arrived at the scene. One of the striking builders (Kharset Dragomilov) was detained, it is not known what he is accused of. He was taken by car to the Dorogomilovsky police station. Activist Alexander Zimbovsky reported this by phone; he emphasizes that the police are behaving quite aggressively and making threats. Workers have not received salaries since October 2016. On February 20, they began writing statements about the suspension of work.
