A week later, it will be two years since the murder in the center of Moscow of the opposition politician Boris Nemtsov. On the eve of this date - February 26 - in the capital, the march of his memory will be held . Last Friday, the Organizational Committee of the Promotion accepted the proposal of the Moscow City Hall to hold the procession on last year’s route - on Boulevards from Pushkinskaya Square to Sakharov Avenue.
The application for the march of the memory of Boris Nemtsov on February 26 was submitted on February 13. The organizers of the action requested a route from Slavyanskaya Square to Kadashevskaya embankment through the Big Moskvoretsky Bridge, where Boris Nemtsov was shot two years ago. On this route, a memorable procession was held on March 1, 2015.

On Thursday, it became known that the Moscow authorities allowed the march itself, but offered a different route. Says one of the organizers of the event, journalist Alexander Ryklin .
- The organizers applied for a march on another route. You were allowed to conduct it in the center, but not where you planned. How satisfied are you satisfied with such a decision of the Moscow authorities?
- Partly satisfied. But still, we see that the “march” of Nemtsov is coordinating the authorities for the second year in a row. They somehow do not have enough gunpowder to refuse the applicants to spend it in the city center. Of course, they do not give an exit to the bridge, but they give the center - the route along which we walked many times with Boris. Therefore, it suits us in this case. We start from Pushkinskaya, go along the boulevards for Sakharov, and then we turn all the banners, banners and calmly go to Nemtsov Bridge with flowers. So it was last year.

- You said that there will be banners and banners ... What kind of slogans will it be?
- Of course, they will be undoubtedly. It's just early to talk about it.
- Not the first year has been talking about a tablet on the bridge where Boris Nemtsov was killed. Now there is an impromptu memorial, from where the employees of the "hormost" periodically remove flowers, photos and candles. Will one of the requirements of the march will be related to ensuring that the plate is installed?
-The march format itself does not imply resolutions and any similar requirements. Perhaps on someone's banners it will be. But it’s too early to talk about this, because we have not yet agreed, did not approve the texts of the headbreads and the main slogans.

The initiative of civilian activists to establish a sign here in memory of Nemtsov has not yet become a reality. One of those who make this initiative, journalist Timofei Dzyadko:
- Under appeal to the Moscow City Hall on this occasion, we collected 30 thousand signatures. In September last year, we sent this appeal. The city hall answered this as a statement that I sent this appeal as a resident of the city of Moscow, and a simple resident could not apply with such an offer. At the moment, the official answer is negative. But we do not sit back and continue to try to achieve the installation of a tablet at the site of the murder of Boris Nemtsov.
- There was also an initiative to name the street in Moscow by the name of Boris Nemtsov.
- Yes, such proposals were received. Just recently, one official and I discussed the situation. He says, why do you need a sign, you can call a street, a square, something else. This option is also considered, but on the condition that it will be somewhere in the city center, and not on the outskirts.
- Some time ago, officials of the Moscow Government said that this is impossible on the grounds that ten years from the date of death of man should pass under the city law. True, it was recently decided to name the streets with the names of Fidel Castro and the Russian ambassador to Turkey Andrei Karlov.
- Yes, right. But our letter, which we sent in September, was the second appeal, that is, it was the second refusal. And when there was the first, the arguments concerned the law on monuments and other memorable structures. But the same refusal contained a hint - the exception can be made by the mayor of the city of Moscow and the President of the Russian Federation.
- What are your further actions in this direction?
- So far, we do not plan public actions. In the near future - this is February 26 - we plan to come to the march of Boris Nemtsov’s memory, reach the bridge and bring flowers there and remember the murdered person and politics. As for the tablet, let's talk when we can say something specific.
