Mark Galperin was released

Opposition activist Mark Halperin was released from a special detention center in the city of Elektrostal. He served 10 days of arrest for disobedience to the police. Mark Halperin is known for participating in pickets and the so -called “walks” of opposition activists in Moscow, during which demands were put forward to change power in Russia.
