The organizers do not intend to fulfill the "outrageous" demands of the police, the galker emphasized. They will intimidate us with administrative responsibility, which can be entrusted to the organizers of the action. The police refer to the provision of the Federal Law on Rallies, where there is a norm on the need for the organizers to provide the action with everything necessary. “In our opinion, the fences that ensure security should not be assigned to the organizers. This is still the function of the police, and we will demand its implementation,” Galker emphasized.

Last year, the organizers of the Nizhny Novgorod march of Nemtsov’s memory agreed on the second attempt. Several hundred people gathered at the October cinema and moved along the pedestrian street of Bolshaya Pokrovskaya to theater square.
