Simferopolets Mustafaev was arrested for 11 days for a post in VKontakte

The judge of the Kyiv District Court of Simferopol, who was controlled by Russia, was arrested by a local resident Marlene Mustafaev for 11 days for a post in VKontakte. This was reported by "Crimea. Realities."

The 33-year-old Mustafaev was announced guilty of part 1 of Article 20.3 of the Russian Code of Administrative Offenses (public demonstration of extremist symbols) on the basis of a protocol drawn up earlier on Tuesday by the senior operative of the CPE, Major Renat Shambazov (in the publication "Crimea. Reali" is called Ruslan). Simferopol was charged with the publication in July 2014 in VKontakte Symbolism of Hizb Ut-Tahrir.

In the petitions filed by lawyer Emil Kurbedinov, Mozheleansky refused. As journalist Anton Naumluk conveyed on his FB page, Kurbedinov sought to interfere with the expert, who made the conclusion with an assessment of the publication of Mustafaev as extremist. The lawyer also insisted on holding a hearing with the participation of the prosecutor. In addition, Kurbedinov asked to study the case file presented on the disk by the operative Shambazov in the meeting. Mozheleansky limited himself to a security officer, saying that there would be no study on the disk.

He also refused the petitions for journalists of photo and video shooting of the process. The press was not allowed into the hall.

The former Ukrainian judge Mozheleansky after the annexation of Crimea made a number of obviously unlawful decisions , including criminal cases. The Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine opened a case of treason against him.

On January 26, lawyer Kurbedinovwas also arrested for a post in VKontakte for part 1 of Article 20.3. He was given 10 days. The protocol for a lawyer was drawn up by the same operative Shambazov. According to Mediazona, the conclusion of the same expert study was the basis for the cases of Kurbedinov and Mustafaev.

At the same time, meetings of 10 Crimean Tatars began in the Kiev District Court, which were detained in the morning when they came to Mustafaev’s house to support him. As reported in the VK group "Crimean Solidarity", Simferopol residents were charged with Article 20.2 of the Russian Administrative Code (violation of the procedure for public events).

All 10 detainees - Ablyaki Abdurakhmanov, Medzhit Abdurakhmanov, Osman Arithmemetov, Remzi Bekirov, Valid Abu Farid, Riza Izeta, Alim Karimov, Seyran Murtazaev, Ruslan Suleimanov and Enver Tasinov - arrested for five days. Some proceedings were carried out without lawyers. According to Kurbedinov, at least three Crimean Tatars were tried without defenders.

The detainees from morning until late in the evening were in an unheated bus, they were not allowed to eat and drink all day. The activist named Grigor (in the publication of Naumlyuk is not mentioned) said that immediately after the arrest, the security forces beat him on the bus. "He barely went into the courtroom!" - remarked Kurbedinov.

During the search, Mustafaev in the Kamenka microdistrict, a system unit, a mobile phone, as well as print media were seized . “They examined all things in the cabinets,” said Elvina Mustafaeva, the wife of Simferopol.

When the fellow countrymen Mustafaev approached the house, the police blocked the street, and then in MegaFon announced that the audience violated Russian legislation on rallies. After that, the Simferopols were detained.
