What was your first housing?
My own home in Kupchino, on 44 Belgrade Street. Cozy Bright Khrushchev, drowning in poplars, not far from the railway. The apartment itself is a cramped and warm two -room “swing” with wide windows on the second floor of a five -story building. Being there now, I feel that in the whole world there is no more comfortable and dear place. Paradox.
Who then surrounded you and what taught?
First of all, my brothers. The senior cousin Alexei was the subject of my admiration and imitation of almost the middle of the institute years. At any moment of any situation, he immediately invented new supership games, and it was thanks to him a little later I, like him, was very carried away by music. Both I and the younger brother Paul back in school created their first groups, but in the end, I was left alone on the big stage. In the school years, we parted, but the connection between us Troy remains to this day.
My uncle Seryozha, a radio engineer (by the way, to this day collecting the coolest tube amplifiers), I think, instilled in me a love of a good and powerful sound in music. Once, when I was still very small, my uncle gave me a bag with broken transistors resembling some creatures, and added that with a great desire you can collect a scooter. I remembered this for a lifetime. He also taught me the Finnish language. Yoko Tapauksess - in translation means "in each case."
Where would you advise you to go to the visiting?
If you walk, then to the historical center: Nevsky Naberezhnye, Strelka of Vasilievsky Island, Fontanka, of course, Nevsky with all adjacent territories.
If you live, then also closer to the center. And from low -budget regions, I would advise lakes, a citizen, and of course, Kupchino. Kupchino, in general, as sung in a famous song, is the capital of the world.
Where in St. Petersburg do you want to be constantly?
Well, except for the house, I constantly want to be on Belinsky Street, especially in house number 9. It is there that the best place on Earth is located - The Hat jazz institution. My ideal today. And the street itself blooms with life, even at night. From the parks - the Tauride Garden and Sosnovka.
What places in the city are you trying to avoid?
Personally, I do not like the places where glamor huddles, and as a result - hypocrisy and debauchery. This is though a format that is outlining in St. Petersburg, a certain number of establishments still somehow exist. Sometimes (thank God, less and less) I have to work there, and there are times when it seems to me that I will get up now, I will see, I will return the fee and forever tie up with "music". But somehow I overpower myself and consider it a provocation and testing. It is necessary to educate tolerance in yourself. We are all the creatures of God - and everyone has equal rights in the end.

What reminds you of your hometown while traveling?
The very desire to return to it as soon as possible to return to it. That is, any observation of any other city gives rise to thoughts of St. Petersburg and a strong desire to be in it again. I think that this is a variant of a neurosis that develops in those who have already far crossed in life with travel.
What should the city be so that you choose it for life?
For permanent residence? For me personally, the city should be family. This is the main and possibly the only condition. I dreamed all my life away, but now I thank God and fate, who somehow held me here.
