The court in St. Petersburg refused the ex-employee of the "troll factory" in pregnancy benefits

The Nevsky District Court of St. Petersburg on Wednesday, February 22, refused to satisfy the lawsuit against Tek LLC , under which the St. Petersburg Troll Factory operates, from the ex-employee of this company Olga Maltseva, who achieved official employment and payment of the decree, the Rosbalt agency reports.

Judge Julia Mikhalina decided "to satisfy the claims of Maltseva to refuse in full." Representatives of the "troll factory" were not present at any meeting.

According to Fontanka , the court found no reason to force the company to pay money. “We will learn about the reasons for such a decision when we have a motivating part,” said the applicant’s lawyer Ivan Pavlov. “But now we can say for sure that we will appeal him.”

The court examined the case since August 2016. Olga Maltseva worked as a copywriter of the Troll factory from August 2014 to February 2016. She paid 30 thousand rubles for work, then raised a salary to 40 thousand rubles. However, according to Maltseva, it was officially not issued to work.

In February 2016, Maltseva turned to employers with a request to provide her with maternity leave, but the authorities, according to her, did not respond to the appeal. She sent a number of letters, but there was no answer.

After that, Maltseva appealed to the court and demanded to officially draw up an employment contract for an indefinite period of the copy of the copywriter, make an appropriate entry to the work book, as well as pay her debts on pregnancy and care and compensate for moral damage in the amount of 50 thousand rubles. The total amount of claims was 300 thousand rubles.

Lyudmila Savchuk, an employee of Internet research from January to March 2015, whose successor is Tek LLC, previously made similar claims to the company.

Having quit, Savchuk asked for a prosecutor’s audit of the company and listed possible violations: she was not provided with an employment contract when hiring, she was not taken from her work book and did not make records there, she was not paid completely, she did not paint for receiving money. In July 2015, Savchuk achieved a full salary of 50 thousand rubles, and then in August 2015 she achieved compensation for moral damage in the amount of one ruble for violation of the former employer of her rights.

The “troll factory”, according to the media, is the project of the head of the Concord Holding Evgeny Prigozhin, known as the “personal cook” of Russian President Vladimir Putin. The latter circumstance explains the dizzying career of Prigozhin, which has gone from organizing status dinners for the head of state to the largest contractor of the Ministry of Defense.
