Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev appointed another new deputy head of the Federal Agency for State Property Management (Rosimustra) - Bogdanov Roman. The corresponding document signed by the head of government on February 18 was published on the Cabinet's website in the evening of February 21.
Bogdanov previously worked as an adviser to the head of the Federal Property Management Agency. According to the TASS source in this department, in the new post, Bogdanov will be responsible for the questions of low privatization, corporate theory and dividends, probably replacing Ivan Aksenov, who will leave the agency in the near future.
Bogdanov managed to work as the first deputy general director of VDNH before arriving in the Federal Property Management Agency, Interfax notes.
In the subordination of Aksenov in the Federal Property Management Agency, there were three departments: the restructuring department of state organizations and the management of privatized assets, the management of the organization of federal property valuation and the management of investment relations. Aksenov during the previous chapter of the agency Olga Dergunova traditionally oversaw the so -called "small privatization" (small companies, FSUPs), the agency recalls.
The privatization of the largest organizations was engaged in separate management, which is in direct subordination of the head of the department. The former head of this department under Dergunova Vitaly Sergeychuk was one of the first to be replaced in the new team of the agency. Now the Department is led by the former deputy Sergey Shchuk Evgeny Stolyarov.
A week earlier, Medvedev appointed the head of the Russian Property, Alexei Kisin, who had previously worked in the legal administration of the State Duma apparatus. Also, the current head of the Federal Property Management Agency Dmitry Pristrovskov appeared another new deputy - Denis Solodovnikov. Now these deputies are oversaw, respectively, issues of the register of federal property, personnel, information technologies and internal control with the management of property with special circulation regimes.
In addition, last week another deputy head of the agency appeared - Mikhail Penziev, who previously worked as the first deputy chairman of the Committee on Industrial Policy and Innovation of St. Petersburg.
At the same time, two deputies appointed under Dergunova continue to work in the Federal Property Management Agency: Igor Babushkin (defense, property of the treasury, industry and foreign property) and Elena Myakotnikova (territorial bodies and finance).
Evgeny Gavrilin, who is responsible for land relations, legal issues and paperwork, also continues to fulfill its duties "old -timer". He was appointed deputy head of the Federal Property Management Agency in early 2011, when the agency was led by Yuri Petrov.
Change of leadership and shadow of Ulyukaev
Dergunova, who headed the Federal Property Management Agency in 2012, was relieved of his post of deputy head of the Ministry of Economic Development - the head of the Federal Property Management Agency by order of the head of the Government of the Russian Federation with the wording "in connection with the transition to another job". In this position, she was replaced by the top manager of the Norilsk Nickel MMC of Pristanskov. And Dergunova became the deputy chairman of the Board of VTB.
As the main reason for her resignation, the media called the conflict Dergunova with the now former Minister of Economic Development Alexei Ulyukaev , in respect of whom the case of bribery is now being investigated. It was reported that Ulyukaev then tried to accelerate privatization, and Dergunova was in no hurry to fulfill some instructions.
In 2015, a total of more than 40 out of 204 stakes suspended the Rosimunstvity, several positions were finally excluded from the privatization plan. In 2016, the Russian auction house (RAD) expects to sell about 150 state -owneds worth about 20 billion rubles. According to Kommersant, Ulyukaev insisted on the return of disputed assets to the privatization plan.
