A participant in the "Tractor March" of farmers, a truck driver Rustam Mallamagomedov, was detained in Moscow. This is reported on Facebook by a member of the Society of Russian Carriers, writing under the name Sergey Kamuflazh.
Mallamagomedov was taken to the Lyublino police department. At the moment, it is only known that he is allegedly wanted. What he is accused of has not yet been reported.
On August 22, 2016, Mallamagomedov was detained and beaten during the "Tractor March" of farmers, heading from the Krasnodar Territory to Moscow. The incident occurred on the territory of the Rostov region. Mallamagomedov was taken to the hospital with a head injury. On August 26, he was arrested in absentia for 10 days by the Aksai District Court under the article on “participation in an unsanctioned meeting, rally, demonstration, march or picket, which caused interference with the functioning of vital facilities, transport or social infrastructure, communications, pedestrian and (or) transport means or access of citizens to residential premises or objects of transport or social infrastructure” (part 6.1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
upd: As Elena Filippova wrote on her Facebook page, according to the latest information, Rustam Mallamagomedov was transferred from the Lyublino police department to the Severnoye Izmailovo police department.
