Natalya Nikolaevna Dudar was appointed judge for criminal cases of the Basmanny District Court of Moscow in October 1999. Like most of her colleagues, she began her career in court with secretary work.

? The head of the Tibet financial pyramid Vladimir Dryamov . In 2001, Dudar sentenced him to 15 years in prison for large fraud. The verdict, however, was read in closed mode. The director of the Center Alexander Verkhovsky told on his Facebook page that the decision was made without representatives of the Owls and without representatives of the Ministry of Justice, although everyone was in court - Owl, lawyer Svetlana Toreeva from the Public Verdict Foundation and two girls from the Ministry of Justice, who were supposed to be opposed.

“The meeting was supposed to begin on the second floor of the Basmanny Court at 15:00, but at about 14:50 everyone was expelled to the first floor, because some exercises began there. When closer to four people were allowed to the second floor again, our judge Dudar continued to consider some kind of criminal case. And when we finished with him and we entered, we were already presented to us a ready -made decision made without us, because we allegedly did not appear, and the bailiff allegedly called us. It is worth noting that the representatives of the Ministry of Justice (or GU Minuster in Moscow), who were surprised no less than ours, did not hear these calls, ”said Verkhovsky.
