Those who were brought to the court were first met with loud greetings, five hours later everyone was tired, greeted silently.

All ten people were detained in the morning when they approached the cordon around the house of activist Marlene Mustafaev in Kamenka on the outskirts of Simferopol. Mustafaeva was detained on the way to work, he returned home with the operatives of the Center for Countering Extremism, tapped the door of his own house. After a search in the Mustafaev house

After the search, Marlene Mustafaev was taken to the center "E". For what reason they conducted a search and what was charged with him, it became known only after the lawyer Emil Kurbedinov managed to see him and was present during the conversation with the operative. Mustafaeva was detained, he was searched with the involvement of special forces, cordoning off the entire area around his house, because of the post on social networks, which he posted in the summer of 2014. Among other things, the investigators found there the symbols of the Islamic organization Hizb Ut-Tahrir, which is prohibited in Russia and the current legally and openly in Ukraine. Ten people were detained, everyone was plunged into a minibus and taken to the Kiev police department of Simferopol. There, they drew up a protocol for participation in an unauthorized mass event and brought to court along with Mustafaev. The judge rejected the application for viewing records in the social networks of Mustafaev, which caused the interest of the operatives, refused to interrogate the expert who considered the records with extremist. They interrogated the operative of the Center "E" Ruslan Shambazova, who stated that all the evidence was collected on the disk. The judge did not want to watch the disc and retired to the deliberation room. Then he made a decision - 11 days of administrative arrest. Mustafaeva was taken to a minibus, where he was waiting for the end of the other ten processes.

Seyran Murtazaev and Enver Tasimov was convicted without the participation of lawyers for five days of arrest, and no one doubted that the rest would be a similar decision. All ten meetings were generally similar. To one of the defendants, they called the duty prosecutor. He arrived, not understanding anything, without form, requested the maximum 15 days of arrest. At all meetings, witnesses were interrogated - police officers who were operational. The senior inspector Yuno Avamilev, answering questions, was very sweating and constantly repeated: “The violation was that the citizens did not disperse when they were told to do this.” He was interrogated along with the inquiry officer Veronica Zadorozhnaya, they went from one process to another, trying not to look at the Crimean Tatars sitting in the corridor. Lawyers, observers and activists left the court of the court at midnight. Two minibuses with the arrested left along with escort machines. Following them the words of support shouted, people shot what was happening on phones and broadcast on Facebook.

“These are mainly civilian activists who constantly came to searches, some took off what was happening. This is such an assessment of their actions by the state.
