This week, the process of the murder of Boris Nemtsov went with full force. The defense of Temirlan Eskerkhanov presented its evidence of innocence. However, the accusation answered asymmetrically, putting a number of unpleasant questions to the defendants.

The defense granted such a short response, and the jury demonstrated shots from the surveillance cameras of another hotel - Ukraine for February 26, 2015 (that is, two days before the murder of Nemtsov), which shows how Eskerkhanov and Ruslan Geremeyev are already in the region of 15 and in the region of 18 hours and in the region of 18 hours. The defendant did not deny this.

The lawyer of the Nemtsov family Vadim Prokhorov asked Eskerkhanov what the audience at the Ukraine hotel was talking about on February 26.

The judge asked Eskerkhanov, when and how screenshots from the video cameras of the hotel appeared on his phone.

And then - a scandal (which is almost a rarity for this process). All the defendants (except Bakhaev) took turns standing and declare the fabrication of the criminal case and the dependence of the court on the prosecutor's office. “The prosecution is getting away. The jury also asked them to remind them of the details of the calls over the past couple of days before the murder of the main accused - Anzor Gubashev and Zaura Dadaev (according to the prosecution, Dadaev shot politics, Gubashev - followed and was driving a car that took Dadaev after the crime).

So, the day before the murder, the official number of Gubashev is turned off from 12 days and almost until 11 pm. According to the prosecution, the defendants used "combat" unregistered tubes. In the evening, the phone turns on on the fan. On the day of the murder, the phone is turned off. It is included in 00.42 on February 28 on the fan.

At the last meeting, the defendant Eskerkhanov confirmed that the number 8-916-666-66-15 belongs to his friend and fellow villager Ruslan Mukhutdinova (both from the Chechen village of Silkovskaya), he is also the personal driver of Ruslan Geremeyev and, according to the investigation, the organizer of the murder of Nemtsov. As a result of the study of the bilinguals, it turned out that Eskerkhanov called up with Mukhutdinov a total of 23 times. The most intense calls are from February 26. On the same day, the 26th, they are found in the restaurant of the Ukraine Hotel (there, we recall, there was also Geremeyev, the chief of Mukhutdinov). They call up the next day after the murder - the conversation lasts 435 seconds. Mukhutdinov called Eskerkhanov on the day of his departure to Grozny, March 3. By that time, all the suspects had already flew out of Moscow to Grozny: Dadaev with Geremeyev, Anzor Gubashev, Shadid Gubashev (he left Moscow in his car), and only Eskerkhanov remained in Moscow, where he was detained on Vernaya Street on March 7.
