Before the start of the march in memory of politician Boris Nemtsov in Moscow, an unknown man attacked the chairman of the PARNAS party, Mikhail Kasyanov, and doused him with green paint.

According to Irina Vorobyova, a correspondent for Ekho Moskvy, on Twitter, the provocateur was escorted out by the police and detained. The man shouted "Russia with Putin!".

• The beginning of the march in memory of Nemtsov in Moscow was scheduled for 14:00. By this time, 7.7 thousand people had gathered on Strastnoy Boulevard, according to the White Counter movement. The procession should go along the boulevards to Sakharov Avenue.
