In Chelyabinsk, at the end of a rally in memory of Boris Nemtsov, activist Igor Pozhidaev was detained. Human rights activist Valeria Prikhodkina wrote about this on Facebook. The reason for the arrest was that Pozhidaev was smoking on the territory of the Aloe Pole park, where the rally was taking place, although the law does not prohibit smoking at rallies and public events if there are no entrances to the premises of railway stations, airports or children's institutions nearby.
