The confrontation between activists and city officials has been going on for the two years that have passed since the murder of Nemtsov, and nothing but bewilderment causes: why the authorities so deliberately destroy the memorial is completely incomprehensible.

Direct speech of the day. It is also about Boris Nemtsov. Today we have an interview with Zhanna Nemtsova , the daughter of a politician, in which she recalls her father and talks about what is happening with his memory:

I am deeply convinced that the memorial at the site of my father's murder is, among other things, the manifesto of a society that wants freedom. Although, of course, first of all it is the memory of the father. And this is very important. Huge support. It would be very difficult to survive oblivion. And for such a person, such a politician as my father, to experience oblivion is the worst thing that can befall a public person.

Mistake of the day. At the Oscars 2017, they first announced that La La Land was the film of the year, and then they quickly outplayed it - and the statuette went to Moonlight. Apparently, at some point the presenters were given the wrong envelope, but how and when exactly this happened is not very clear. However, it is unlikely that La La Land is offended (it already has six Oscars), but the triumph of Moonlight is an indicator of how the film academy is changing . Meduza special correspondent Ivan Golunov has figured out the history of the Khamovniki sports school, which is represented by Katerina Tikhonova, the alleged daughter of Vladimir Putin, in acrobatic rock and roll competitions. School "Khamovniki" generally feels good - and now they will also build a new building for it on Krasnaya Presnya, for the sake of which three other schools will be evicted (and it is not clear where). By the way, the construction is supervised by the son of Putin's former bodyguard (and current head of the National Guard) Roman Zolotov, who now works in the Moscow government.

Article of the day. We are not talking about journalistic work, but about the Criminal Code. It seems that Article 212.1, under which Ildar Dadin was convicted, can now be completely canceled . So far, everything is in the mode of rumors, but let's hope.

Result of the day. 9:11. The bandy match between Vodnik and Baikal-Energy ended with this score. However, this is not such an amazing score for this sport, something else is more important - all the balls were scored in their own net ! Both teams did not want to win (some simply did not need it, others allegedly did not want to go to the playoffs against an uncomfortable opponent), both are suspected of dishonest play. The result of the match has already been canceled, the game was noticed not only in Russia - and together with the doping scandal, this is the worst advertisement for Russian sports.
