Video blogger Ruslan Sokolovsky was left under house arrest

On February 27, the Verkh-Isetsky Court of Yekaterinburg decided to leave the video blogger Ruslan Sokolovsky, who was accused of insulting the feelings of believers after the publication of a video from the church, under house arrest until August 14. On February 13, the court sent Ruslan Sokolovsky under house arrest, and on February 19, the blogger’s lawyers sent a complaint to the European Court of Human Rights.

The reason for the pursuit of the blogger was that Sokolovsky took off on the camera, how he caught Pokemon in the Yekaterinburg temple of all saints on the blood, and posted the video on the Internet. This video, as well as the video where Sokolovsky comments on this story, and the video in which he is mocking the statements of the local bishop about marriage, became the reason for the establishment of a criminal case. Later to the charges under Art. 148 and Art. 282 of the Criminal Code added an accusation under Art. 138 - During the search, Sokolovsky was discovered with a video camera.
