Organizer of rally in memory of Nemtsov fined for displaying prohibited symbols

Detained on February 26 and spent the night in police custody, activist Valentin Murzaev, organizer of a rally in memory of Boris Nemtsov in Perm, was fined 1,000 rubles by a court for "publicly displaying Nazi symbols." this Igor Averkiev reports on Facebook.

Police officers detained Murzaev in the city center for one of his posts on the VKontakte social network in October 2014. He was detained because he allegedly avoided meeting with the investigator.
