Yevgenia Chudnovets claimed that she did not really understand who was depicted in the video, the complaint notes. “In fact, the video, which lasts three seconds, is hard to see what is happening. On February 23, the Prosecutor General's Office sent a submission to the Supreme Court for a sentence in Chudnovets. The department called for the verdict to be canceled and the criminal case to be dismissed due to the lack of corpus delicti.

The video, which Chudnovets reposted on her social media page, showed a scene of bullying a child in a children's camp. According to Chudnovets, she wanted to draw public attention to this story. However, the court considered that in this way she distributed child pornography.
