Those detained at night near the Nemtsov memorial were released from the police

Six activists detained at night on the Bolshoy Moskvoretsky Bridge near the Boris Nemtsov memorial were released from the Kitay-Gorod police station without charges. The police explained their actions by reporting an alleged fight on the bridge. Grigory Simakov told OVD-Info about this by telephone this morning.

In total, six people on duty were detained at night: Timofey Nikonov, Lyubov Sergeeva, Valery Kuzmenkov, Vyacheslav Zakharov, Denis Yudin and Fyodor Khodkov. Before the arrest, four police cars and seven Gormost vehicles arrived at the memorial. Flowers and portraits were taken from the bridge.
