One of the inhabitants of the Khasavyurt district of Dagestan, arrested at the end of December in the case of terrorism, is 18 -year -old Ismail Ibrav, suffering from children's cerebral paralysis. This was reported on Monday "Caucasus. Reali" with reference to Sapiyat Magomedov, a lawyer of the prisoner.
As the lawyer notes, a resident of Bayramaul Ibrahev left the house only to the store - he cannot move independently at more significant distances. At the same time, parents gave him a maximum of 100 rubles for pocket expenses.
The investigation, however, states that a young man near the bus station in Khasavyurt acquired a weapon from Chechnya, as well as cartridges of different calibers, a grenade and two electric deposits, so that "at the direction of an unidentified person ... to create an illegal armed formation in the Khasavyurt district." It is alleged that weapons were sold to him by citizens who died in Grozny on December 17-18 and announced by participants in attacks on the police. The disabled person kept his purchases, the disabled person said.
On December 29, 2016, Ibrav was detained. The Khasavyurt district court sent him to a pre -trial detention center - as we might assume, I mean SIZO -3 in Khasavyurt - until January 24. Later, the arrest of the young man was extended until March 28. Then the investigator claimed in court that if he released a disabled person from the pre -trial detention center, he would hide and join the jihadists.
The decision to extend Ibravs of the arrest of Magomedov is now appealed.
So far, the young man is charged with illegal turnover of weapons - that is, under Article 222 of the Criminal Code. However, the lawyer is confident that the investigation intends to impose Ibravo also financing of terrorism - part 1 of Article 205.1 of the Code, which provides for up to 10 years of the colony.
The arrested himself does not deny that he communicated with citizens who later killed in Grozny, but emphasizes that we are talking about communication only on the Internet. As for weapons and ammunition, Ibrav insists that they were thrown by him during a search.
It is also known that the security forces convinced the young man to abandon Magomedova’s services, saying that his parents were not able to pay a lawyer by agreement.
On December 29, the FSB announced the detention of seven militants of the Islamic State in Dagestan. At the same time, the connections of detainees with citizens accused of Grozny attacks were not reported. The intelligence service set out a completely different plot, according to which the suspects planned at the direction of the emissar, located in Syria, "a series of resonant terrorist actions" in Moscow.
The media then reported that most of the detainees were natives of the Khasavyurt district.
Meanwhile, the day earlier it became known about the abduction of the armed security forces of the 29-year-old taxi driver Umakhan Umakhanov, a resident of the village of Kokrek of the same area. Then one of the visitors told the wife of Umakhanov that he not only financed the terrorist attack scheduled in Moscow on December 31, but was also involved in attacks by the police in Grozny.
The names of other detainees in the media in the media, as far as are known, did not appear.
