- They seized my iPad, my various flash drives, on which my interviews are recorded, seized my working documents. They rewrote everything from my computer, all my working materials. They wanted to rewrite my mail, something did not work. <...>

They just deceived me. Because they called the door, I asked: "Who?" They said that this is an agenda for interrogation. I say: "Listen, put in a box." Because I just woke up, I felt bad, I was still in pajamas. Then I regretted this man something. He says: "You need your signature." I put on a bathrobe and opened the door. As soon as I opened the door, people ran from there from the bottom. Moreover, one person began to immediately shoot me on a video camera. I think it was some kind of journalist, or for NTV, or Lifenews. I don’t know who, because then he was not here. And the investigator says that none of his employees removed anything.

I tried not to let them into the apartment because I demanded a lawyer. It so happened that I fought with him, and even scratched the investigator by chance at all, because I have no manicure. But then he said that I scratched him, I had to stick a patch for him. I was just so outraged that they want to go without a lawyer. "No! We will come, we will search. ” But then, nevertheless, the lawyer came, then, thank God, five or four lawyers came. I don’t know how many lawyers were. Five? Five lawyers, they gradually came in.

I have a big apartment. Everyone watched, searched. I did not have a mobile phone, because he was under repair. They took the computer, decided that they would simply cherish everything. The worst thing is that all my working materials are now with them.

I have no attitude to the case, in which I am a witness by which a search was carried out. Because as far as I read, the Apatite case is some 1998 ... 1993 even a year. Then I was just just starting to engage in journalism, in general I did not know anything about it, I have no relation to it.

I believe that this search is actually not on the Yukos case, but this search in my opinion. Because the operative began to ask me about whether I had something to do with the organization of the Center for Criminal Justice Reforms. The fact that I am related that I am the founder-indeed, I was the founder of this organization-several articles were written about this on some strange SM News website. This operative knew all this.

Then he asked me when I was a member of the PMC, which people I went to. Did I go to the terrorists, to the gosmmen. Naturally, I went to all people, to all prisoners. The same thing was written in this article. And such a participation, a huge part - out of eight employees of the FSB - suggests that they actually came in a completely different way ...

- No, but they could not ask anything at all. But they were looking for the documents incomprehensible. They took flash drives, they took the old computers of my children, which is completely lawless, because it was I am a witness. They took my poor husband’s phone. An ordinary phone, without the Internet. It is completely incomprehensible why, and what my husband has to do with Khodorkovsky.

I want to say that I am absolutely shocked that so many people were 11 hours here. I am grateful to you, this is some kind of action of solidarity. Because in fact this is an action of intimidation. I work in Open Russia, I am a journalist, I get a salary, I pay taxes to our state honestly, as is prescribed by law. I sign all my articles with my name. I do not hide anything and I am not shy that I work in Open Russia. I do not understand what it has to do with Apatite. And why do they come to me with a search and for ten to one-time hours they search.

The most interesting was the moment when this FSBSHNIK was leafing through the papers, and there were documents of my mother and dad thirty years ago. And he looks and says: "Oh, how interesting, there are employees whom I know." And I told him: “Listen, but I thought they had already died, I was looking for them, I would like to talk to them. He says: "No, no, they have not died." That is, imagine: thirty years have passed, and suddenly these people come to me. But this is another apartment, I moved, but as if everything was looped. The only good thing that they did not take this protocol, it is historical value. <...>

I told them all the time as a parrot: “You know, you have absolutely no imagination. Because you cannot imagine what exactly will happen to you. ” Because they rather rudely treated my daughter, they did not allow her to walk with the dog. It was exactly thirty years ago, when they also did not allow when I went with the dog. I had another dog, and it was thirty years ago. The most amazing thing is that I have an agenda for interrogation, November 27. Since then, my lawyer has been contacting the investigator many times, said that I was ready to come for an interrogation. But no one called me for interrogation. <...> They themselves are tired, said: “Well, we are unable for interrogation. You don't leave anywhere. ” Once he said ridiculously, the investigator: “The subscription of non-disclosure ...” Then he said: “Why not disclose?” What is not to be disclosed here? If they wanted to interrogate me, they would now take me for interrogation. I even had the feeling that they would put me at all now. Because an absolutely meaningless action.

It seems to me that this is directed ... They apparently want to sew some business. Precisely because I write in Open Russia on acute topics. It seems to me like that. Otherwise, it is simply not clear to me why there were so many of these FSBSHNI here, who knew who I was, what I am. And he was still trying to enter into confidence in me, he asked me ... They did not take, for example, my working notebooks of the PMC - this did not interest them.

They were interested in just getting into my mail, take my computer. They eavesdropped on my phones. Because, for example, they found documents for my son’s apartment and say: “Are you making repairs there?” I say: "Where did you get such information from?" And recently, I completely talked on the phone with the builder - with a man who, I wanted to make repairs. This suggests that the phones are eavesdropping. Mail - do they just can't check it? Or they wanted to scare me so that I did not work anymore in Open Russia. In general, scare all journalists. I just don't understand otherwise, to be honest.

I'm trying to understand the logic. Everyone says that the FSB should not be sought. But still, you must admit that it is very strange-that the journalist is interviewed in the Yukos case. Moreover, I work on the site, I have nothing to do with Khodorkovsky. I am not even familiar with him personally, I saw him only at the trial many times. <...> I think this is a disgrace. And before the elections, in fact, such a story against journalists is absolutely nothing. And lawyers will submit to the European Court [by human rights] now, because they are outraged by such a strange search.
