Activists detained in St. Petersburg released

In connection with the action, the activists were released. This was reported by legal assistance coordinator Alla Frolova.

Detained today in St. Petersburg "LGBT-Special Forces" OVD-Info Alexey Sergeev was detained today at his home and taken to the 78th police department. Activists Alexey Nazarov, Anastasia Paradnaya and Ekaterina Belokrys arrived at the police department. According to Paradnaya, she and Ekaterina Belokrys came to the police and said that they took part in the action on February 23. After this, they and Nazarov were also detained.

In the end, protocols were drawn up for all four of them under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 (violation of the procedure for holding a public event by a participant), Nazarov, who refused to give explanations to the police and stated that he was not at the action on February 23, was held longest in the department.
