The defendant was announced guilty of part 2 of Article 280.1 of the Criminal Code (public calls for separatism via the Internet), which provides for up to five years of the colony.

The prosecution was personally supported by the prosecutor of the Tamara Babeuev district. She stated that an aggravating circumstance is "committing a crime based on political hatred and enmity." “From the testimony of the defendant it follows that it is extremely negative about the current state power, does not agree with the policy pursued by the federal authorities,” the department explained. “This is also evidenced by the content of its page on the Internet and the established status.”

Whether B. herself pleaded guilty, is not specified.

The author of "appeal to the Siberians and Russians" is the founder of the Siberian Sovereign Union and the Siberian-Ukrainian movement Alexander Budnikov (Azari), who fled from Russia from persecution and now, according to its FB page , living in Chernigov. The text published on the Budnikov blog on September 8, 2015 was written from the standpoint of Russian nationalism. It declares the need to proclaim a special education - Siberian Rus' - as part of the "New Free Russian Union" (hereinafter the author’s spelling). At the same time, Budnikov emphasizes: "We are not talking about the collapse of Russia! We are talking about the approval of a real union state, which is the federation!"

At the same time, the author notes that it will not work to achieve the goal. "We must honestly and openly say that the Putin regime does not want to give the true freedom of Siberia without a fight, to which he has sucked like a vampire and to conclude an equal union with her! - he says in handling.“ The more Siberians and Russians as a whole will use their constitutional right to rule the country and create, relying on the same right, their own authorities along with civilian forces Self -defense (SGS), the faster and smaller blood we can build a new voluntary union! .. They are ready to kill us! Our task is to show that we are not victims for Putin Hunsweibins, but worthy descendants of glorious births! ”
