The management of the Omega Center NJSC announced the sale of an apartment complex in Sochi built for the Olympics in order to pay off debts to creditor banks.

At the same time, earlier the Governor of the Krasnodar Territory, Veniamin Kondratyev, said that the number of rooms at the Omega Center in Sochi would not be sold out. “The Omega Center is a growth point where you can make money. Today we are driven into a dead end by starting the commercial sale of hotel rooms at a completely ridiculous price in order to pay off a commercial bank. Today I have to get creative, find funding, but save the remaining 9 thousand rooms,” said the head of the region.
