The district authorized police of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Kaliningrad and the FSB officers detained a 55-year-old resident of the regional center on suspicion of using knowingly false documents. A fake certificate of Lieutenant General of Justice was seized from an attacker.

"The violator of the law was stopped in the premises of one of the state organizations, where he came under the guise of a senior representative of one of the executive bodies. Having presented a fake certificate, the attacker intended to resolve personal issues," the official website of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs reports.

Police officers seized a false certificate from the suspect, in which the fraudster was frauded in the form of Lieutenant General of Justice, Interfax reports.

The detainee explained to law enforcement officers that he had purchased a fictitious document several years ago from a stranger for seven thousand rubles at one of the metro stations (the city was not indicated in the message).

Currently, a pre -investigation check is being conducted on this fact. "The seized certificate was aimed at a forensic examination. The issue of initiating a criminal case is being decided," the police added.

The swindler worked paired with his friend. According to the materials of the criminal case, it was the head of the Lipova company, which was engaged in the provision of real estate registration services, including land plots.

Clients were offered to put in order all the documents and at the same time help resolve controversial issues through the ministry. For this they asked for from three hundred thousand to two million rubles.
