The case of the crash of the Total head was partially returned to the prosecutor's office

The case of the Falcon aircraft in Vnukovo, in which the head of the Total Christophe de Margeri died, was allocated to a separate production and partially returned to the prosecutor's office. This was reported by RAPSI .

Thus, the court granted the petition of Olga Dinze, the lawyer of the dispatcher Nadezhda Arkhipova, who is undergoing the accused in the case with the flight leader Roman Dunaev and second dispatcher Alexander Kruglov. Dinze demanded to return the case for a review to eliminate violations of the rights to defend Arkhipova and Dunaev, since the court took their lawyers from participation in the case.

On March 2, the Solntsevo district court brought out lawyers Leonid Kurakin and Valentina Kolesnikov from the process of the crash of the Falcon aircraft, as the state prosecution required. Representatives of the General Prosecutor's Office stated that the defenders of Dunaev and Arkhipova could not participate in the case, since they were present during the interrogations of witnesses. Kurakin and Kolesnikov, in turn, claimed to be called up for interrogations as duty lawyers and never represented the interests of witnesses.

The Falcon aircraft crashed on the night of October 21, 2014 in Vnukovo, faced with a snow removal car. As a result of the disaster, the head of Total Christophe de Margeri and three crew members.

At the end of July 2016, the driver of the snow removal, Vladimir Martynenko and the Vnukovo Airfield Service, Vladimir Ledenov, found guilt. Three other defendants in the case, dispatcher Alexander Kruglov, flight manager of the Vnukovo Air Movement Center Roman Dunaev and the steering manager Nadezhda Arkhipov, do not admit their guilt.
