But here historiosophy and geopolitics are really involved, in the context of which a perestroika chronicle is put. It turns out at Ksenia Malo that the whole world is to blame for Russia. The world is the murderer of Russia. Well, if not the world, so the West, at least - also a considerable value. In one place of the article, in the footnote, the United States are directly called the "worst enemy and the killer" of Russia. How is this accusation justified? First - about the goals of the West.

And the CIA with Allen Dulles, and Zbignev Brzhezinsky, and the US State Department, and the Heritage Foundation organizations, and Hollywood with his Remso, who revived the archetype of Russian as an original enemy, and Radio Liberty (by the way, I quote in this paragraph), and even the writer Tolkin, the author of popular in Russia now in Russia Fairytale and fantastic books (he allegedly took Ronald Reagan the words-Lozung “Empire of Evil”, under which in the West, in Ksenia Malo, always and only implied Russia). She even remembered some centennial, 1890 of the statute of limitations, placed in the English weekly, not failing to indicate that its publisher was a "high degree", called "Kaiser's Dream" - as if Wilhelm the second dismembered Russia. Boris Paramonov : I know this plot first hand. I can only say one thing: if it were so, I would not be worried about my future. This can be written only without even a distant idea of how the situation is actually. Ksenia Mealo makes a much more significant mistake, convincing readers and himself that American politics was deliberately aimed at eliminating the USSR, Russia. Arguments of this thesis, it gives a lot of statements of various persons, including representatives of American government organizations. All of them unanimously affirm their or their departments an active part in the crushing of the enemy. But, not to mention the fact that in this holy faith to any printed word, Ksenia Milo resembles Furmanovsky Chapaev, this casket is extremely simple: American bureaucrats fill their price, fight for funds, for the budget, of course, everyone wants to attribute the lion's share in the winning of the Cold War. The logic here is elementary. If we threw such a bear, then we cannot do without us in the future. I would even say that they wave their fists after a fight - communism, the Soviet Union, the notorious socialist camp itself fell and broke up.

True, there is one plot that, it seems, can reinforce the position of Ksenia Malo - its assertion that the American policy was consciously and purposefully anti -communist and even anti -Russian, and that the third emigration helped the formulation and implementation of this policy. It is interesting, however, that she avoids this plot, completely silence it. Yes, there was one person from Russia, and a large one who had a considerable influence on the assessment of the West of the Communist Soviet Union. Everyone knows the name of this person - Alexander Isaevich Solzhenitsyn. But it is impossible to classify him with the enemies of Russia, who, together with America, crushed the centuries -old Russian foundations, and therefore Ksenia frank this plot silently bypassed. Meanwhile, it is everywhere known that Solzhenitsyn, with his denunciations of communism, the Soviet regime, was extremely strengthened, one might say, rehabilitated the position of those Americans, generally Western people who always considered communism a threat to the free world, but the influence and authority of which were greatly undermined by the leftal wave of the 60s. Solzhenitsyn’s sermon strengthened the will in the West to the confrontation and, without a doubt, contributed to the return of people to the American political arena of a conservative-anti-communist fold. It is enough to name one name - Ronald Reagan. But, again, can this new American will be considered the implementation of a centuries -old anti -Russian plan? Here you need to understand one extremely important feature of the American, Western in general, politicians. I'm afraid that in Russia they do not understand her. This policy is not purposeful, but situational, situational, it has no global, for long historical terms of calculated programs. There is no need to talk about any expansion of the so -called "Third American Empire", which Ksenia Mealo writes about. The West does not impose its values to the world, it defends them for himself. Not ambitious projects are put forward, but momentary problems are solved. The question is to correctly evaluate this most momentary situation. Reagan, not without Solzhenitsyn’s help, appreciated it correctly. As a result, an unprecedented success that stunned the Americans themselves, after which in the United States some spoke even about the end of the story. Much more interesting is different. The frank he admits that not only the “tops”, but also, so to speak, the “lower classes” in Russia turned to face America that the Western values in Russia occurred. This she considers the most important cause of Russian collapse, and even speaks of the "instinct of suicide" in the country and the nation. This plot deserves the most detailed consideration, which we will do now. Strictly speaking, not about the instinct of suicide among Russians, but about the impulse of the West of Russia to suicide is written by Ksenia Milo. We quote this passage.

I repeat, in interhuman relations, the suggestion of someone such an impenetra-negative idea of his own person is called "prompt to suicide", and I do not see why a similar method of action in relations between countries and civilizations should be called differently.

Boris Paramonov : What can be said about this? First of all, the West spent trillions of dollars not on a psychological war, but on the arms race, which the Soviet Union imposed on him. It was difficult to believe in the peacefulness of the country that captured Eastern Europe, and literally until the last days of their aggressive acts like an invasion of Afghanistan. And yet. It is difficult to say that this West imposed on Russia its demonized image, she herself saw him in the mirror of Gorbachev's publicity. Recall Solzhenitsyn again. He said that even if one of his tale of Soviet camps shocked the country and the world, then what will happen when the truth surpasses the stream?

Ksenia meal should recall the epigraph to the "auditor" about the mirror and face. Undoubtedly, however, one remains in the article by Ksenia Malo - a fact that she is with pain, but recognizes. Russia, for the most part, does not at all feel the feelings of some world-historical defeat, and not without pleasure assimilates Western values and attitudes. The assessment of this fact, as always, is given in tragic colors - if not the end of the world, then the end of Russia is for sure. But the statement of the fact is present, the fact itself is present. This is how Ksenia Milo gives these facts.

Announcer : The late Soviet nomenclature was unable to resist the invasion of the invasion of the image of the "Empire of Evil" in the mass consciousness that was crushing all the foundations of national life, and even cleared his path. The West was always harmful to Russia, but for some reason this westernization was accompanied by a powerful growth of culture and state power, but now the opposite is true. Then she pronounces the most important, perhaps, in her article of the word.

The essence of the notorious Western values, as a person from the street learned as a result of a ten-year brainwashing, these are complete shelves and freedom from all social obligations that are at least somewhat extending beyond the life of their and their family.

Boris Paramonov : It seems to me, however, that the picture drawn by Ksenia Milo does not make the meaning that she extracts from her. Firstly, all this suggests that Russia was and remains a great country. It is the great people who are characterized by calmly to their own failures, while not losing the spirit, as well as willingly, without fear of the loss of their own person to perceive, assimilate and process someone else's. It is about this, with the calm objectivity of scientific research, that the mass sociological survey conducted by the group under the leadership of Igor Klyamkin and Tatyana Kutkovets says that the solid majority of Russians did not at all experience those feelings of horror and the end that Ksenia was experiencing. We can talk about the reorientation of the Russian consciousness to the value of individual life and material well -being to the detriment of the patriotic statehood and the obligatory sacrifice that are so characteristic of the psychological warehouse of a person not only of Soviet, but also of the entire Russian history.

But now - the second conclusion from this picture, and perhaps the most important. Ksenia mealo writes that Western values in their export, intended for Russia, the option - not that, or rather, not quite what the West itself consumes in this sense. The second one, if not the third variety, like savages in an old colony, go to Russia. The West, they say, tastes the true sweetness of life, and Russia slipped the lentil stew. And this is not only about consumer goods, but really about the values of the cultural and modular order. And here she is again largely mistaken. The product is the same. And the films about Rimbo are not made at all in order to break some stereotypes from the Russians about themselves, but not to revive the archetypal image of the enemy - Russia in the American collective unconscious. These films go to the domestic American market to amuse the mass consumer and make money. The mass culture of the West is by no means export, for stupefying Russia intended, more, or rather, not only export goods. Everyone consumes it in the modern world. And the West, America, win in the modern world, not because they arrange conspiracies and stealthily conquer the peoples by means of information and psychological war, but because the world itself is coming towards them. The modern world is a mass society, the spiritual and material needs of which is best satisfied by the West. Here is the meaning of the fact that Ksenia Milo calls the "grinding of Westernity." Поп-культура, которую она готова считать орудием покорения и уничтожения России, это общий знаменатель нынешнего мира, то, что действительно сближает народы и делает излишними, бессмысленными разговоры о чьей-то политической доминации. В статье Ксении Мяло есть одно смешное место. Она вспоминает писателя Леонида Бородина. Его слова о том, что крестьянство в России, а, может быть, и во всем мире, это "определительное сословие", то есть источник духовных ценностей. Не говоря уже о том, что это реликт самого дурного народничества, "народнического мракобесия", как называл это Бердяев. О каком "определительном" значении крестьянства можно говорить, когда во всех передовых странах оно давно уже составляет ничтожное меньшинство населения, когда и в России инженеров больше, чем крестьян. Крестьян в СССР, якобы, добили в 60-е годы. Известно – кто. Татьяна Заславская - жупел и русских неонародников. Но это - объективный мировой процесс отмирания крестьянства, и если в России он проходил и проходит не так безболезненно, как на Западе, то в этом не Запад же виноват, не он же навязал СССР политику коллективизации в 1929 году. Давно уже было замечено, что страны, в которых много крестьян, эти страны голодают, а там, где их мало, там наличествует изобилие. Но вот это отмирание сословий (тут вполне уместно это архаическое слово) и создает массовое общество, которое предпочитает древним хороводам рок-музыку. Разговоры о культуротворческих потенциях архаических сословий - устаревшие и вредные разговоры. Но можно и другой разговор завести - о культуре как таковой. Ее действительно жалко, за нее обидно, как Лебедю за державу. Тут, однако, необходимо различение. Одно дело - отсутствие в современной культуре Прустов и Джойсов. Это - результат объективных мировых процессов. А другое дело - отказ в дотации Большому театру или Эрмитажу. Так неужто и в этом Запад обвинять, а не собственно градоначальников? Можно понять одно в писаниях Ксении Мяло и им подобных. Ситуация в России отнюдь не радужная, там сейчас действительно трудно, но нужно, повторяю, уметь отличать овец от козлищ, неумелую, бездарную, подчас преступную политику российских верхов от общего характера мировых социально-культурных процессов. Ксения Мяло этого не различает, поэтому ее статья не верна, просто-напросто лжива. Ее обличительный пафос - свидетельство не высоты морального чувства, а слепоты интеллектуального сознания. Но только при условии, если судья ничего в жизни не знает, кроме литературы и философии, как не знают русские судьи Запада и Америки. Новое, принесенное в мир Америкой, новое, принесенное ею в демократию, - это и есть опыт построения культуры не на интеллектуальной основе, опыт построения массовой демократической культуры. Можно сколько угодно морщить нос при упоминании Бродвея, комиксов и Голливуда, но именно эта страна, довольствующаяся такими сомнительными культурными материалами, выступает ныне надеждой человечества, предметом всеобщей открытой зависти и тайного обожания. Федотов начинал понимать уникальность Америки как последней надежды человечества. Он писал в 1945 году.

Диктор : Европа давно уже перестала быть миром, культурным миром. А недавно, в сущности, с этой войны, перестала быть и средоточием мира. Ее культура еще господствует на всех континентах и морях. В этой культуре старый маленький материк еще остается мозгом мира. Но экономические и политические силы ее отхлынули за океан. Как ни парадоксально это звучит в географических терминах, Америка является сейчас центром Европы как культурного мира. Из этой войны Америка выходит ничуть не поколебленной, с возросшим экономическим и военным потенциалом, самым могущественным государством мира. От того, куда склонится ее политическая воля, зависят сейчас судьбы и Европы, и мира.

Борис Парамонов : Мы знаем, куда склонилась воля Америки, как она спасла и отстояла мир от агрессивного коммунизма. И, не прибегая к открытой военной конфронтации, пересилила сам коммунизм. Но этот волевой уклон потому и стал возможен, что ее волю определяли не писатели и не философы. Какую бы правду ни высказал писатель, все равно будет неправдой самая мысль о том, что судьбы мира определяются помыслами интеллектуалов и гениев. В этом убеждает смешная ошибка Федотова - представление о том, что догнать Америку легко. Может быть, для России это было бы легче, если бы она не цеплялась за традиционные русские ценности и высокий менталитет, а освободилась от них, как от ненужного в гонке балласта.
