In addition, it was noted that empty forms demonstrated in the FSB video with the seal of the Ukrainian military unit No. A -0235 are invalid - they dates back to March 2014, because after the annexation of Sevastopol, this part ceased to exist.
On November 14, the FSB distributed videos in which splendor and demons are confessed . The intelligence service did not release the interrogation of Dudka. Later on the same day it became known that he refused the initial confession , explaining that he gave them under pressure.
Meanwhile, the investigator in the case at the same time stated that Sttyblikov refused the services of an Agora lawyer Alexander Popkov, an agreement with which his relatives concluded. Later, Crimea. Reali reported that Politsyk signed an agreement with another lawyer - Arman Petrosyan. The brother of the arrested expressed concerns that Petrosyan Sttyblikov imposed on the FSB. “I saw him on November 17,” said Politzek’s brother. “He did not inform any of the relatives in a week, did not talk about the progress. He said that nothing terrible happens, that the matter could not reach the trial. As if they were caught in the sandbox.”
The current publication "Crimea. Reali" does not specify whether Petrosyan was the lawyer who did not appear on Monday to announce the decision on the extension of the arrest.
